founding
of Carini Italian Restaurant in 1978 symbolized their lifelong dream of
business ownership based on an intuitive feeling that success would follow
with sufficient measure of hard work and patience. Today, Carini's
occupies more than 8,000 square feet and has 24 employees. The
restaurant has become a fixture in East End dining. A second
generation of Sanzones is also active in running the day to day affairs of
the restaurant including daughters Cecilia and Maria and son, Vincenzo.
